『オステリア』とは
オステリアとは、イタリアにある小さなレストランや居酒屋のことで、伝統的な家庭料理と地元のワインを手頃な価格で提供することで知られています。もともと、これらの施設は旅行者や地元の人々のための宿泊場所として機能しており、フレンドリーな雰囲気と地域文化を反映した食事が特徴でした。
An “osteria” is a small restaurant or tavern in Italy known for offering traditional home-style cooking and local wines at affordable prices. Originally, these establishments served as lodging places for travelers and locals, featuring a friendly atmosphere and meals that reflect regional culture.

In this area, you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, from full-course meals to individual à la carte dishes, which are quite rare around here. You can also savor sparkling wines perfect for toasting, white wines that enhance the flavors of fish dishes, and red wines that pair excellently with meat dishes, all tailored to suit various dining scenes.

ワインをメインに楽しみたい方に、バーカウンタースタイルでアラカルトメインでの提供も可能です。ワインの品揃えは山陰屈指です。
チーズも沢山の種類御用意しております。ウォッシュ、シェーブル、酔っ払いチーズ、白カビ、青カビなど様々ございます。
For those who wish to primarily enjoy wine, we also offer an à la carte menu in a bar counter style. Our wine selection is among the best in the San’in region. We also have a wide variety of cheeses available, including washed, chèvre, drunken cheese, white mold, and blue mold varieties.

夏休み中は祖父のお店のお手伝いがてら、毎日のように祖父の料理を食べていました。物心ついた時から食と関わる仕事をするものだと感じており、高校卒業後は東京の学校で調理と経営を学び、米子のカルーソで20歳から27歳まで7年間修業して、皆様のご厚意によりオステリアヤスダヤを開業することができました。
無愛想に見られる私ではございますが、お客様が美味しそうに食べておられる姿を見るのが何よりの幸せです。

We want you to enjoy an elevated dining experience in the San’in region.During summer vacations, I helped out at my grandfather’s restaurant and enjoyed his cooking almost every day. Since I was a child, I felt destined to work with food. After graduating from high school, I studied culinary arts and management in Tokyo, then trained for seven years at Caruso in Yonago from the age of 20 to 27. Thanks to everyone’s support, I was able to open Osteria Yasudaya.
I may appear unsociable, but nothing makes me happier than seeing our customers enjoying their meals. I strive to make your dining experience memorable, so please feel free to make reservations or inquiries.
